How long until I see results?
An Audit produces a written action plan in 2-3 weeks. A 90-Day Sprint typically shows measurable lead-volume movement by the end of week six and a clear ROI signal by day 90. We do not promise miracles in the first 30 days — anyone who does is selling you something.
Do you work with shops outside Orange County?
Our service area is Orange County, Los Angeles, and South to San Clemente for in-person work. Remote engagements are accepted nationally for the right fit, with scheduled on-site visits during the Sprint.
Will you work with my existing in-house team or vendors?
Yes. Most engagements integrate with an existing in-house marketer, web vendor, or PPC manager. Part of the Sprint deliverable is documentation and SOPs your team operates after handoff.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA. We sign client-supplied NDAs, MSAs, and data-processing agreements as standard practice. We do not require exclusivity inside your category.
Who actually does the work?
The founder leads strategy and execution on every engagement. Production support (paid media buying, design, dev, content) is provided by a small group of vetted specialists who have worked with us long-term. There is no junior bench billing you out at senior rates.
Can you guarantee specific results?
No. Anyone guaranteeing exact lead counts or revenue numbers without seeing your data should be a red flag. We commit to a written outcomes target during the Audit, agreed by both sides, and we report transparently against it weekly.
